Once, I heard that health is the main wealth for a person. With good health comes a great life. Being in good health is a good sign of life and this can improve your whole life because health is the reason why we are good in school, home, jobs, and all of the stuff that we enjoy or do for a living. Each person in the world is responsible for their own health. There are so many ways of keeping a good health and it does not involve just exercising. It also includes eating right.
One of my important topics of health is the cardiovascular system. It is important to maintain the hearth healthy and strong. The heart is the key organ of the circulatory system. The body gives messages to the heart so the heart can know if it has to pump more or less blood to the body. If your body is at rest (sleeping), you body pumps out less blood. If your body is energetic and out of hair, then the heart pumps out more blood. Did you know that the heart also removes waste? Well I found that kind of interesting.
A way to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system is by doing exercises that make your heart beat. I found out a game that can help us in a very fun way.
The way this game works is like this: There is one catcher at the beginning of the game. When the person tags someone, they become the catcher also. So in that case you get help. Further in the game, most people are going to be catchers and that will make people more aware of what to do.
Also jumping jacks help a lot. The proper way of doing jumping jacks is like this: You first want to start with your feet together, hands by your side, body in alignment, abs tight, everything facing forward. When you come out into a jumping jack it is almost like a star. You want to jump out bending your knees first, jump out with your feet, knees slightly bent and your arms are going to come up and you are going to extend the arms to the ceiling and come up onto your tippy toes. You are going to jump back bending your knees. It is very important to jump with a soft bend in your knees. So you are going to inhale and exhale as you come out, bring them back together. You are going to continue this exercise.
Running is good for your heart as it reduces blood pressure, helps control body fat, can lower the risk of cancer and is excellent for maintaining bone density.
The heart is very important for us because it lets us breathe and live. Our whole body would die if we don’t have a heart as we all know. It is important for us to have the heart healthy because it also helps us remove waste and keep nutrients. Keep doing exercises that keeps your heart pumping and be healthy every day. Remember that being healthy means being wealthy.'
This summer I am going to exercise like crazy. I'm going to run morea and gain muscle. I have made a bet with my friend that I can make my self have a sixpack but I'm not sure if I can do that. I am going to try my best and work out hard.
